Our qualified team manages the reconfiguration of the TPE following a Malfunction (Blocking or not), assistance to the customer for the resolution of malfunctions and anomalies of the TPE or the application as well as support on the TPE delivered by email / telephone / on the site to the merchant. Our Hotline is available 24/7. Each intervention carried out is the subject of an intervention sheet signed by the trader and the technician, scanned and recorded in an electronic register.

Thanks to a team of engineers and technicians qualified in the information and communication technologies and perfectly mastering the use of TPE as well as embedded systems, Leixem Africa manages and monitors the proposed services with telephone and / or on-site technical assistance. Our technicians are very responsive and intervene with the merchants within two (2) hours after the incident reporting (on the capital).

Leixem Africa installs on the site and manages the commissioning of EPT at the merchant. For optimal results, Leixem Africa trains, accompanies and follows up with the traders.
