Our qualified team manages the reconfiguration of the EPT should it have a malfunction, (Blocking or not) assisting the customer for troubleshooting malfunctions and EPT or application as well as supporting the EPT delivered by email / phone / on the site with the merchant.

Our hotline is reachable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Each intervention carried out is the subject of an intervention sheet signed by the merchant and the technician, digitized and recorded in an electronic register.

Thanks to a team of engineers and technicians qualified in the information and communication technologies and perfectly mastering the use of TPE as well as embedded systems, Leixem Africa manages and monitors the proposed services with telephone and / or on-site technical assistance.

Our technicians are very responsive and intervene with the merchants within two (2) hours after the incident reporting (on the capital).

Training

Leixem Africa installs on the site and manages the commissioning of EPT at the merchant.
For optimal results, Leixem Africa trains, accompanies and follows up with the traders. This training covers all the modules of the application and their conditions of use. Leixem Africa provides advice and safety advice and provides a handbook or user guide for additional support.
